You agree to use the platform for educational purposes only. Bullying, harassment, or posting of inappropriate content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination under our Zero Tolerance Policy.
Pelajar PRO, Ibu Bapa PRO, and Cikgu PRO are billed on a recurring monthly basis in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). On Android, payments are processed by Google Play Billing; on iOS, by the Apple App Store. MYEDU TECH SYSTEMS SDN. BHD. does not directly receive your card or banking details — billing is fully handled by the respective app store.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription settings of your device's app store (Google Play or App Store). Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the policies of the respective app store.
Teachers (Cikgu) who sell content on the MyEduApp marketplace keep 70% of every sale; the remaining 30% is the platform fee. Sales are processed via Google Play Billing / App Store the same way as subscriptions. Teacher payouts are settled by direct bank transfer (FPX) to the teacher's registered Malaysian bank account, with a minimum withdrawal threshold of RM 500.
All content, including quizzes, notes, and AI-generated explanations, is the property of MYEDU TECH SYSTEMS SDN. BHD. and protected by Malaysian copyright laws. Marketplace items uploaded by teachers remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, subject to the marketplace licensing terms.
